1. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

2. Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Each MaroCopper vessel is carefully inspected, hand-polished, and wrapped in our signature protective packaging before shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey from our workshop in Morocco to your door.

5. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
