Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unaltered, and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Personalized or custom-engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@marocopper.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
